Loud clicking noise behind glove box, stops at AC setting of heater controle. a common problem ( mine did it too ) is the blower control relay, under the glove box and behind. it requires taking out the glove box, buying a relay and installing it. unfortunately, the relay often cooks the incoming wire.
Sorry I just bought this car and don't have a lot of money to be spending on parts already.
